Portfolio assistance

I completed some projects and would like to include them in my portfolio, but the problem is that they are company repositories and I have a contract that prohibits me from disclosing them. So I'd like some kind of project that I can work on and then put in my portfolio, the problem is that I'm an architect and I don't know how to do MEP or structural engineering projects. What advice do you have for me? If any engineer needs to create a structural or MEP portfolio and requires an architectural design, but doesn't have one, we can help each other. I just wouldn't want to use existing designs to avoid being sued.

Is it possible to diagnose a serious problem in the pancreas just by looking at an abdominal ultrasound?

Is it possible to diagnose a serious problem in the pancreas just by looking at an abdominal ultrasound?

My 13-year-old female cat suddenly stopped eating and became extremely lethargic. She had always been very active and loved jumping in trees, but on Sunday that changed completely. I took her to a hospital and they did an ultrasound. They said it could be neoplasia or necrotizing pancreatitis. I was quite scared because it was really sudden, she seemed normal. The tests seemed normal. Then, the doctor sent an audio message with this bombshell and disappeared.

Is there a chance it could be that serious just by looking at the ultrasound? How does one recover from this? I know pamcreas cancer is incurable, but is necrotizing pancreatitis curable or treatable? I'd like to hear about your experiences.

She's in the hospital, and I'll go see her later and talk to the doctor.

Clash Detection

What's the best way to do Clash Detection? What's the best software? What process do you use? I'm using Revit to do it manually, using filters and collision checking, but I feel it's a monotonous and very manual process. I want to use something that is more reliable.

Heartbeat during sleep.

I recently bought my Galaxy 7 smartwatch and I've noticed that every day my heart rate reaches 90/100 bpm while I sleep, whereas during the day it almost never hits that level. Another issue: the smartwatch also indicates that my oxigen level drops below 90% for 10 minutes. Is this a problem? Do I need to see a doctor?
