So, they delivered to wrong address, photo clearly shows wrong door number, worth about £130. I have raised a support ticket. What can I expect?

So me and the other half are on holiday in Spain at the moment. Nice and clean 3* hotel, nothing fancy. We have a similar room booked in October for a week, same hotel, not paid for yet. I looked at upgrading the room to one with a terrace and the cost was an extra €550. I am on tier 2. My other half logged into the app and could book the terrace room for just €100 more than the normal room if we paid now and no refund if cancelled. Is the cancellation option really €450 more or is something else going on?
