VPN: happ is NOT a vpn service itself, but you can use third-party services that provide access to their vpn servers with a subscription that can be entered in happ. you can see someone using this apl very rarely, but unfortunately i live in russia, and you can be informed about the russian government blocking the whole internet, so vpns are not an exception too, and the most popular vpn protocols (like wireguard, now the most popular ones there are vless or hysteria) and services are already blocked, and you can't use them there. and in russia you have two ways to bypass the internet blocking. the first is to rent a server and create your own vpn, and it's too complex, way more expensive, and also doesn't bypass the whitelist blocking that also is a problem. the second way is more simple, there are services that do these things by themselves, but you risk your privacy while using them. feel free to ask questions about this topic i'm not an expert, but I would try to reply
