Hi, I accidentally started my progesterone about a week before it was time (taking it days 11-25 of cycle). Took some 3 pills, then realised it’s too early and stopped. This brought on a period a few days later. I don’t know what to do now. Normally I would start with my progesterone today (and it would be ovulation time). But now I am on day 2 of period. Do I start progesterone or start counting again and take on day 11 of this current (accidental) cycle? My dr is away :(
