I sign up for the $20 dollar plan And set up for auto pay but still getting charge for $25 dollars? Why. Starting to not like Total.

How long does it take to port from visible to total using a sim card?

Does it really take 24 to 48hrs to port or transfer services from visible?

Any here from Alaska use this service? How reliable is it? Tempting to switch from visible since the promo is intriguing and can have multiple lines compared to visible.

Any tips and or advice? Coming from the front end. So it's a different role.
