what’s your file management stack

for the ones building on somewhat sensitive proprietary tech- which software stack have you had good experiences with for cloud storage, files, planning and more. something that’s failure proof in emergencies, recoverable but also secure even as you scale. companies I previously worked at managed their own infrastructure (they were dealing with confidential rather sensitive information out of EU) but currently the maintenance would overweigh what makes sense for me.

out of the blue I could only think of microsoft but I find their one drive app is rather brittle. thanks!

getting your account deleted without accepting new data policies

hi, I am disagreeing with the data policies and tried to delete my old accounts but apparently their system 1. won't let me delete them due to `security restrictions` which prompt me to wait 72h even after this time window has passed, 2. they want me to log in via the app which I can't without accepting them and 3. they won't respond to emails requesting to delete my account according to GDPR §17.

i'm sure what they're doing here is per EU policy illegal, and therefore would appreciate advice on how to move forward. thanks.

cli distro for m-series

I just need a simple cli iso that works on arm64 apple, so far neither centos nor alpine works in aarch64, and I don't quite understand why the kernel functions from native debian (parallels) work, while centos keeps throwing kernel errors, and there is no lightweight cli distro provided at all.

selling my protonvpn subscription

hello, I realized I had private relay and therefore need no vpn, but the 30 day cancellation policy already passed.

the subscription is still running until May 20, 2028 (21 months) so I'd offer to sell the email with the subscription for 50-60eur.

prompt injection detection

hello, i am suspecting prompt injections on my device going into most of my ai agents, and wonder how anyone would detect that. i am not excluding the possibility that agent inference quality has been significantly degraded on purpose by llm providers, but seeing other people receive regular responses equivalent to what i got 1-2 months ago reinforces my suspicion.
