Hey all, ive got a question regarding dashboard finishes. Yesterday I had my '99 C2 at a show. (We were woefully outclassed). While there, a self proclaimed 996 expert came over and was making a big deal about the finish of the dash. He said he had never seen one finished like this. Its a textured plastic. The car is black on black with a partial leather interior. Its been in my family since new so I can confirm it has not been modified. Any insights as to this is truly something odd or if that guy was just incorrect would be appreciated. Thanks!
