A disturbing incident occurred in Brazil yesterday (May 31).

A small influencer who documents his life in the countryside, caring for animals, shared a series of Instagram stories showing a number of unusual events that took place over the course of an entire day at his rural property:

  • The incident began when the animals on the property became visibly frightened and started making a great deal of noise, as if they were seeing something or sensing that something was wrong.
  • A series of strange, unidentified sounds were recorded at different times throughout the day, with no apparent explanation.
  • Numerous aircraft condensation trails were visible directly above the property. Military aircraft were reportedly flying over the area in an unusual manner.
  • An unidentified flying object (UFO) was observed at night hovering above a completely uninhabited hill or mountain.

The man recorded approximately 40 minutes of Instagram stories, which were later compiled and uploaded to YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPkdIKGG7aE&t=370s (The UFO sighting begins at approximately 17 minutes into the video)

For some reason, Instagram removed all of the stories.

clinical weakness in my big toe

It may sound silly, but I’m extremely worried and desperate about this.

A little over a month ago, I discovered that my right big toe couldn’t resist any pressure while flexed during a homemade test (L5 compression test).

Since I know home tests are unreliable, I decided to mention it to my neurologist, and he performed the test himself and confirmed the weakness. He didn’t seem concerned about it, but I just can’t relax…

On top of that, I’ve been experiencing symptoms such as generalized weakness, trembling throughout my body when exerting force with most muscles, stiffness, and widespread fasciculations, especially in my legs.

I had an EMG/NCS done a month ago and it came back normal, but my symptoms seem to be getting worse day after day. It’s horrible going through this at 23 years old…

[23M] High homocysteine (24 µmol/L) but normal/high B12 (423 pg/mL)

Good evening, everyone!

I’m having symptoms that seem suggestive of a B-complex vitamin deficiency, but apparently my Vitamin B12 and Folate blood tests look okay. Could it still be a deficiency?

  • Vitamin B12: 423 pg/mL
  • Folate: 8.52 ng/mL
  • Homocysteine: 24 µmol/L

My kidney function tests are normal.

This happens in my head/neck, shoulders, and arms mainly, but also in my legs (especially my inner thighs/adductors).

Whenever I stretch, use force, or even put some weight/load on these muscles, they start shaking uncontrollably. As soon as I go back to a resting position, the shaking stops.

I honestly feel like I’m losing my mind... has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

I still don’t have a diagnosis, but my neurologist is considering Essential Tremor, especially an isometric presentation. My father and my sister have both been diagnosed with it.

My EMG came back normal, and my brain and cervical spine MRIs were also clean.
