Here's a head scratcher

My neighbor's tree has a limb which sits on the three wires my electrical service. Tonight two of the lines broke. Fortunately I still have power in the important parts of the house. The electrical service predates the tree and the neighbor's house. The line is about 25' above the ground and it can not be accessed from my property. How is the branch going to be trimmed if technically tree cutters are supposed to stay on the client property? Do utilities have superseding rights?

Save all your paper statements?

I look them over and toss them. Today I received a demand to pay a $35 copay for a procedure I had over five years ago. WTF?

Visited for a day

I found Pittsburgh to be quite interesting. I will have to return to visit a few more museums. The thing which was most remarkable to me is that I observed four people who left either a purse/backpack/laptop unattended in public while they used the restroom of ordered from a counter. If this happened in my town the item would be lost.

V15 G2 touchpad doesn't scroll or right click but a mouse works well

I've done the recommended troubleshooting. Downloaded driver from Lenovo site (now I have two HIX drivers). I've deleted both and Windows reloads two. Fn F6 or F8 or F10 are not toggles. All the setting are enabled, two finger scrolling etc. Is there another toggle I haven't found? If so why would the touchpad be partially disabled?

Had ring two weeks. It's charged and fit is correct. My fingers are warm. I have turned my iPhone SE on and off multiple times. I have used forget his device and repaired multiple times. The ring will measure heart, O2, everything else except steps. Here is the weird thing, this doesn't start until after 6:00 PM. Is this a cache issue? Network?

Got my ring recently. Stress level is low/normal although I would have guessed I have higher stress. I injured my hand and while sitting in ortho office and hearing I need surgery I received a notification that my level increased to 88. I'm impressed.
