Holster help

Looking at 2 holsters. Needing options on if anyone has had any experience with these holsters. I have a Glock 17 gen 3 with an optic on it and a holosun PID light. I found a few companies that support the PID light. One is the Alien gear photon which I'm leaning more towards to but I also like the werkz holster m6

CCW questionaire

Applying my ccw. The instructor said that we will be asked a series of questions about arrest. Which I never have been arrested. But what for confused me was that they said list traffic tickets I have gotten. The thing is I don't remember when I last got a ticket. Which was over 10 years ago. They said that they are looking to see if we're going truthful. How true is this.
