Suzuki Fiero - CDI unit replacement advice

I have a 2002 Suzuki Fiero. Yesterday, I found 2002 that the plastic on the CDI unit is melting and has some melted residue on the parts underneath. Not sure what is causing it.

I am unable to find the CDI unit for Fiero online. Can someone help ? OR Advice of any suitable replacement from any other bike? It's kinda urgent, so any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.
