Recently received an invite prompt for a project. However, right after checking my dashboard, the status updated to "Account Under Review" (or unapproved status).

​Has anyone experienced this right after getting a project assignment?

​How long did the review process take for you?

​Did you need to submit a support ticket, or did it clear up automatically?

​Is this just an automated queue/capacity check, or should I be concerned?

​Any insights or advice from people who went through this recently would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

After onboarding i was told to wait for two days so that they can review but right I'm told that i should submit some other documents like school transcripts, who has experienced this and if so how did you solve it.

Has anyone here been invited to project S and passed the onboarding.

Has anyone done the onboarding and passed?..The pay rate is even 0.01/hr.

​I received an invitation for the project, but right when I started the onboarding assessment, my internet went down. Once my connection was restored, the form wouldn't load and showed an error saying 'form cannot be found.' The project is still showing up on my dashboard, but I never got to actually take the assessment. I’m really frustrated and confused as to why the link expired so quickly.

HAI has been down now for a very long time. No projects, less hour limits.

My first ever remote work and all i can say is it has been a life changing platform. Don't give up lads. projects will be assigned to you.

What is wrong with it?

I did my assessment on project M II but have never heard from them that i passed.
