I bought an item the seller sent it to the wrong city now vinted is telling me to go pick up the item when I can't, how do I get a refund without having to go pick up a package that's not mine, I called USPS they said that the package that was delivered had the address that it was delivered to so I bought an item that got delivered to a different location I have no clue what's going on I think im being scammed please help.

I found out that the item I bought was actually fraudulent after reverse searching the image I found multiple untrustworthy websites using the same images as the item I bought, Im trying to get this cancelled but Vinted won’t help me after I literally already contacted 3 times about them being fraudulent and knowing that they haven’t sent the item since I literally bought it the same day, why does Vinted have to be so difficult.
