Did changing your diet reduce or eliminate face acne?

I’ve been struggling with face acne so much. I never would break out and started breaking out now in my late 20s. I’m curious to know if going carnivore helped anyone out.

[Acne] has anyone else experienced this type of acne?

This is from February to now. I’m finally on tretinoin (I started 2 weeks ago!!) I tried everything before tretinoin.

[acne] hoping for change soon

I’ve never had acne until I started law school and started breaking insanely. I got blood work done and everything is ok including hormones. My acne has not gone away after almost trying everything. My doctor prescribed me with .025% tretinoin so I’m hoping in a few months I can add my updated pictures to this!! BTW I eat and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have been off dairy too! If anyone has any tips or advice they are well welcomed!
