Best place to see fireworks with monument in background

This is a tradition I’ve had with my kid every year for the last few years - we fly up for this, and it’s my youngest’s first time. However, I don’t want to go to the cluster in DC.

Which site has the best view of the fireworks with the Washington Monument in view? Not sure if Long Bridge or Gravelly would fit that bill… would Iwo Jima be crowded? appreciate any tips, haven’t lived here in 10 years.

GPS practitioners - please stop reaching out about offshore roles

I know folks are looking for util. I know people are hurting in GPS. But reaching out for roles clearly labeled in MySource as being set up for offshore is not going to help.

We don't set things up for offshore for fun. We do it because it's necessary to keep our pricing competitive, and the only way we could do that was to plan for offshore roles at much lower cost rates.

There is a 0.0% chance that the requestor you're pinging can decide "sure, what the hell, we were planning for this role to have a cost rate of $30/hour, but let's go for $150/hour to help this person out." The canyon between US and USI cost rates is simply too wide.

It also tells me that you're not reading the request, don't care about what it says, and/or don't understand how the firm works, so it does not help you from a networking perspective, either.
