So, what happened to the other five below employee page?

Seeing as the sub is now being taken over by the 5B employees, what happened to the other sub that was made specifically for 5B employees? It was pretty active until a year ago where you weren’t even allowed to post anymore.

It had flairs made for certain topics like this one has now but nobody has been allowed to make posts in it for over a year. I was just curious because I sort of feel bad that this sub is really no longer for the good customers that wanted to post about what they got and that the old employee sub is just picking up dust in a way

Is the odyssey going to be as big as I think it will be?

Because, what do you mean people were waiting in line for almost an hour just to buy tickets for this movie that comes out in a month? So many people were trying to get tickets at the same time, that the amc app crashed in a way.

I honestly didn’t expect to hear people be so eager to watch the movie, as I didn’t hear much from it until these past few days. They have a star studded cast, with Zendaya and Tom Holland being in a movie that is premiering just 2 weeks before the Spider-Man movie does, so I don’t want to say it will absolutely flop. I just want to know if I should expect to be called by my managers to come help on the day the movie premieres

They got me y’all 😔

I’ve been working at 5B for two years now but only recently have I seen an item we sell be trending for close to a year now. At first, the dumplings didn’t seem like anything special to me and I didn’t have any desire to buy them. That was until we had the mini ones on sale after a long time of not having them.

I swear they were staring at me and begging me to bring one of them home with me. So, I bought one and it was okay. I don’t regret the purchase but I won’t make another one. I got a glittery purple one with orbeez inside. Is that a rare one?

People’s one-sided hatred for Jaafar’s fiancée is so weird

Ever since the parasocial community found out Jaafar was engaged to Maddie, they have been using everything in their power to basically make him look like a victim and Maddie like this controlling and jealous girlfriend. There was a clip of him and Maddie visiting this acting class and instead of everyone focusing on everyone’s reactions to seeing Jaafar being in their class after his success with Michael, everyone in the comments are talking about just the mere existence of Maddie and how they don’t like that she is? It’s multiple comments saying the same thing like “oh she’s here” and adding a gif or picture of someone who looks annoyed. Mind you, she doesn’t even do anything in the video. She literally walks in the room and let Jaafar have his time to shine. She doesn’t even say anything and yet people are acting like she pushed him out the way and tried to get all the cameras on her.

There’s also rumors that she’s a “Z” (not sure if I can save the full word here but I still want to give context to the story). I haven’t seen any type of proof of that but that was also what people were saying in the comments. Now that’s obviously bad but people are only using it as a gotcha against Maddie but they don’t call out Jaafar for being with her. I think that’s because they don’t care that he’s still with her after that and only want to vilify Maddie or they don’t actually care that she is a Z but want to use it as a way for her to get more hate.

The way they are treating her is just telling me that if they were around when Michael was with Lisa, they would treat her just as bad. I wish Jaafar and Maddie a happy relationship and I wish that all their haters get in a relationship, so that they can be happy for once

With the movie coming out, people have started to fall in love again with Michael and everything that involves him. They don’t, however, love his family. All I’ve been seeing is people just constantly clowning and hating Michael’s family, mainly his brothers and Latoya. They’re making it seem that absolutely all of them besides his kids, mom, and Janet hated Michael and were jealous of him, especially Jermaine. They really have this parasocial relationship with him and think that they know him more than his own family and it’s so weird. They also seem to make it seem that Michael hated his family too. He didn’t hate anybody in that family, not to mention just anybody in general. I don’t even think he fully hated Joe with everything he did. Is the “including Jermaine” thing funny? It was at first but now people are trying to make it a dig at Jermaine that Michael didn’t love him or like him when he only said that because Jermaine wasn’t in the group at the time.

Now, I won’t deny that Jermaine wasn’t at least a little bit jealous of the fame but I absolutely don’t think that he hates Michael. He loves him and misses him as much as the rest of the family. All of his family does. I don’t get why all of these fans are trying to basically break the family up. They’re acting like they would’ve played twister instead of doing their own thing like the brothers did but they wouldn’t. They wouldn’t be Michael’s friend. They’re just trying to compete in this one sided game with the people that actually know him and acting like they’re better than his own family. His family loves and misses Michael dearly. They constantly defend him every chance they get.

3T (Taj, Taryll, and TJ, the children of Tito) constantly defend him against the media and the haters all the time. In the reality show they had, TJ said that Michael was there for him when he and his brothers lost their mom and so in favor of the love he showed him, he became co guardian of Prince, Paris, and Bigi after his passing along with Katherine. The brothers knew how it felt to lose a parent, so I’m really glad he was a parental figure in their lives. Taj is all the time on twitter and social media defends Michael’s name and character and reminding the world that Michael is the good person he’s always been. They wouldn’t do that if they hated him. Michael’s family were with him during the hardest time in his life. They continue to defend him with every chance they get but most of all they remind everyone how much they miss him and how they wish everyday that he was here with them. The fans lost the king of pop but they lost their son, father, brother, and uncle.

In the summer, we have Spider-Man, supergirl, Moana, minions (only counting that because it’s a kids movie), Toy Story, and scary movie. I might include the mandalorian and mortal kombat to that list too.

In the winter, we have avengers doomsday, street fighter, dune, jumanji, hunger games, and probably something else kind of big.

Looking at the list now, I say it might be equally as bad in its own way. The summer is full of kid movies and those can be bad. The winter is full of young adult movies which also could be bad. However, if I had to choose, I would say the summer will be worse only because there is a lot more big movies coming out around the same time compared to the fall/winter which means a lot of awful customers.

Is it too late to put in my two weeks?

I only knew of the classic MJ songs that everybody know, along with some songs from the Xscape album. However, I didn’t know about the song childhood until I saw a TikTok with the song in the background. Hearing the lyrics for the first time made me emotional because it’s just so true. With everything he went through in his childhood, he has every right to care about and focus on child like things because he never had the chance to when he was a kid. It’s interesting how it’s apart of the soundtrack for Free Willy 2, since I never really seen the first one, so I wonder how it works out in the movie.

The other song of his that makes me cry is Ben, mainly because it’s about his pet rat who Joe apparently killed when Michael was a kid. His love for animals is so beautiful and Ben is a heartbreaking and heartwarming song all in one. Thankfully, his other songs make me feel happy and in a dancing mood but whenever I need a good cry, those are the two songs I’m going to play.

All I have been thinking about and consumed since I watched the movie last week is Michael Jackson and the Jackson family as a whole. I’ve been watching old Jackson 5 performances. Old songs. Interviews. Just Jackson on repeat. I’m even starting to watch the reality show Tito’s sons had on lifetime because I can’t get enough of the family. I might even start to listen to the other siblings solo songs too. I get so hyper fixated on whatever new thing I’ve watched lately and it’s a little terrifying to me sometimes.

I even start saying things he said out loud out of nowhere like “the skinniest Jackson”, “it’s a wonderful day”, and “your voice is very irritating” My fyp on TikTok is nothing but old clips of Michael and his family and I love to see it but it makes me more sad that he’s not here anymore. Seeing clips of him laughing is my favorite but also when it’s obvious when people are getting on his nerves. I wish great things and peace for the Jackson family. Including Jermaine.
