Hello, I am a 17FTM with ovarian cancer. While I do identify as a boy, I do not think I can safely grieve my fertility after having ovarian cancer twice. One of my ovaries was removed the first time and they're removing my right ovary soon. I havent cried about it yet but I know i miss my fertility and it's bothering me.

I (17FtM) keep getting switched around to many different oncologists, and theyre usually over 3 hours away from my home. I have stage 3 dysgerminoma and they keep taking me to different hospitals and oncologists between those hospitals. Im very, very scared since the tumor on my lymph nodes grew a cm in 2 weeks which seems very dangerous and they think its in my blood stream as well. I dont think theyre taking me very seriously and its getting very scary. They keep saying were gonna start chemotherapy ASAP but then they take me to a whole new oncologist directly after they say that. They just keep juggling me between the same 20 oncologists and its getting way too stressful for me. I already cut off all my hair and I miss it so much but they just keep saying they'll put me on chemo immediately but then they go back on their word. I miss my hair, I want it back and they keep just switching my doctors and not actually starting treatment

So, im wondering if anyone else has both been on chemotherapy (specifically for type 3 or higher ovarian cancer) and did roller derby while on it and if they have any specific tips or advice. I currently have type 3 ovarian cancer and I really enjoy roller derby but im not 100% sure if I can still do it while im on chemotherapy.

Hello! Im trying to figure out what haircuts might be good for when my hair starts thinning when I start chemo. My doctor said that the specific chemo i should be receiving shouldnt make me lose my hair but ill experience hair thinning and im struggling to figure out what haircuts might be good. My hair is currently to just below my shoulders and it was bleached a few months ago if that gives an idea of what were working with at this moment

Hello! I was wondering how well yall think pacer aeros skates work. I do not plan on using them long term (theyre just an early pair for me to use before I start getting really into the sport) but i was wondering if theyre good for beginner skates. Ive read that other people think its not as good as some other options but theyre fine for starting out with if you change some of the stock parts before actually skating.

Hello! I am struggling to find cheap roller derby skates. I am not picky at all usually but I know that these need to be very specific or else I risk getting injured. I cant spend a ton of money right now on these due to medical bills. Does anyone know any cheap ones below 100? Its fine if its above but I really dont have much money to be spending

Hello! Im just starting roller derby and I am struggling to find some cheap beginner skates. Ive looked everywhere. Amazon, Google, EVERYWHERE!!! Hell, most listing i found that looked nice ended up either 1, having bad reviews or 2, didnt have the particular parts most people want in their skates (mainly the adjustable toe stops). I would prefer to keep it under $100 but PLEASE none above $150. I have tons of medical bills i need to pay right now lol.
