A bit of an upgrade from last time I was in the city. The feels like temperature outside was about 110 so only had to wait about ten minutes from ordering to eating. First time with Cooper Sharp. I get the hype now.
We were going to make some pizzas with sopressata, onions, and arugula, but we forgot to take the dough out of the fridge early enough. Decided to fry up the sopressata and the onions, whacked them on some sourdough with mayo, cheddar, Florida tomatoes, cracked pepper, and the arugula. Absolutely delicious.
Uncle Charlie’s. Extremely mediocre. I regret the ketchup.
