Just received a grail of mine in the mail for one of my favorite players. The jersey itself is legitimate and in very good shape with some minor wear in typical areas.

But I’m not convinced about the nameset due to the crest in the “3.” Was this typical of namesets in the 2000s? I’m specifically talking about the blurry-ish edges. Is that a common flaw from namesets of that time? The lettering itself used for “Maldini” is clean and crisp.

If it is a repro, that’s fine as I understand namesets have a finite life and they sometimes need replacing. But I’d rather replace it with a higher quality one if it is indeed a repro.

I was interested in buying the 26/27 Madrid away authentic kit but was having a hard time finding garment measurements online. I saw one other post of someone who bought the Large and posted measurements. Figured I would do the same to help those who are curious about the size M.

I was able to try on both a M/L to compare the two. I’ve posted fit/comparison photos. Measurements are only for the Medium Authentic.

For reference, I am 5’9” (175.4cm), 175lbs (79.4kg) and have roughly a 39.5-40” chest (100.3-101.5cm).

I ended up purchasing the Medium. The large felt too roomy and the scale up from a medium to a large seemed quite significant. The large is significantly longer which is ultimately why I went with the M. It fits snug but not uncomfortable in anyway. And the length is much better.

If anyone is looking and is in the area, Adidas at American Dream Mall by MetLife Stadium has patches. I actually bought my Messi jersey at a different adidas store that ran out of patches. So I took it to Adidas at American Dream hoping they had them. Luckily they did and it was only $10 like online. They were also extremely helpful and pleasant about it even though I bought the jersey at a different location.

Got my first Harrington delivered yesterday and think the fit is decent overall but would like your opinions! Ignore the outfit itself lol, this was just to try it on with one of my thicker OCBD shirts.

It’s cut a little closer to the body and the arm holes are just a littler higher than I’m used to. And I know that is to be expected with Harrington jackets. It does not feel any tight or restrictive at all. No tightness across the back or anything when zipped up.

Did I get the sizing right? Thanks in advance!
