Any ex carnivore/keto runners (50 mpw) that switched to low carb? How do you feel?

As per the above. I've been mainly carnivore/ keto for last 3-4 months and I feel great. But I know this has an impact on top end speed and eating that volume of meat for me now is an ethical issue.

So thinking so adding some carbs mainly fruit and honey and peanut/almond butter.

Im worried im gonna go back to feeling awful and energy all over the place.

Anyone offer any feedback.

Looking at starting my collection this week.

But before I start and jump in. Is there anything I can do prevent rust? As I will.need to store my bells outside in my shed?

Weights calisthenics. Kettle bell weights vest or plates. What are you using and why?

As above. Getting back into lifting at home rather then the gym so now looking to expand from my home calisthenics bars for weighted calisthenics and stick between get a vest/ kettle bells or plates of c they over different pros and cons

Vests:

Way morecost effective but usage is limited. Had 30kg miravest before and it was awful to wear and just got it way.

Kettle bells

Multi functional for kettleblew flows and weight calisthenics however i do worry about them rusting

Plate weights

Easier to stack them up and load up. Serval 5kg plate will cheaper can take less space the kettle bells

Just starting an my kcal are mega low as endurance sport person

After some advice on day 3. Im stuggling to get my calories above 1.5kcal without senting my protein sky high due to eating that much 20% mince.

By go keto lunch of a double cream( heavy cream in the usa? with my some blended berries O window due to the dairy/ berries being off the menu. Im missing a chunk of calories.

Though about adding cheddar but once again it's the dairy

I normally run 40- 60 miles a week and lift weights twice a week. So being on less then 2000kcal isn't substainable?

Goal isn't to lose weight but just gain the other benefits.

Advice please
