Looking for a therapist

Hi everyone! I’m 25/F looking for a therapist for my stress related issues. I recently got operated for endometriosis and it’s usually triggered by stress. I did get diagnosed with moderate depression and anxiety a few years back. Did take meds for that but never went for CBT and I think it’s the need of the hour now.

Consultation Advice

Hello everyone. I’m planning to schedule an online appointment with Dr. Abhishek Mangeshikar for my endo. Should I consult him via Jaslok Hospitals or his own clinic (The Indian Centre for Endometriosis)? Please do tell me the prices for both of them if anyone knows about them.

Stuck!

Hi everyone. I'm an MBBS graduate from '20 batch. I had shifted to my hometown this year in January itself to start my preparation, even when my internship was going on. Since my college was chill regarding PSM postings, I did not attend it even for a day and came back home to study. Even after 4 months, I could just afford a rank of 20k in this May INI. On the contrary, many of my batchmates secured ranks within 1k, when their postings were also going on and they were attending them. Post the exam result, I realised that maybe most of my time went in doing household chores only. And also taking care of my brother who was giving his 12th boards this year, along with JEE. And now, when he joined a coaching in Kota and left, I thought that now I would have time to study. But all of a sudden, my maternal grandfather passed away. I don't know how this happened. He was alright a day earlier, talked to me and then I get this news. My mother is there at his house, where all the poojas are being done and me and papa are at home. Some construction work has also started at our house and my father remains busy there all the time. So all the chores of the house are on me. Food, clothes, cleaning and what not. I don't have any time to study. Even if I do, either I'm tired or too emotionally rattled to start again. I had my notes prepared, concepts clear, and just needed to practice questions and do revisions.
And now it feels like I'll not be able to clear the exam this year. Somewhere I feel that I'm not even the priority of my parents right now. I just don't know what to do.
