Trade republic bloque mon transfert

Bonjour,

Noah Kahan - Paris tour

Hi everyone,

As said in the title Noah Kahan is coming to Paris next December but tickets seem to be sold out. Does anyone know if there’s a way to grab one safely secondhand, ticketswap doesn’t seem to allow resell for this event.

Also, happy to go with any lucky ones who would have grabbed a ticket on time

On est plutôt branchés musique électronique, festivals, bars sans prise de tête et on aime rencontrer de nouvelles personnes. On parle anglais et français.

N’hésitez pas à répondre ici ou à m’envoyer un MP. 🙂

Renting a powerbank

Hi weekend warriors,

It will be my first defqon this year and I’m wondering what is the price for renting a powerbank for the weekend.

As I’ll be camping and only own two powerbanks, it might just be easier to get on from Defqon.

Can anyone explain how does it work, do you pay once and exchange the battery as many times as you want like tomorrowland? Do you pay every time you want to charge? What is the price?

Thanks everyone, and may we not turn into lobster 🦞

Best app for half marathon prep

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired a garmin forerunner 265. I’ve been running for the past three years and always used Nike running club, their free app.

A few months back, I started noticing that Nike was not tracking for up to 20 minutes of my runs sometimes, GPS wasn’t working, time wasn’t registering which essentially led me to the world of garmin.

I usually run up to 10km by myself, never joined a club or a program. Now, having registered to this half marathon in Italy end of November, I do feel like it would be necessary for me to have some trainings.

I really enjoyed the guided runs of Nike, despite missing Kms and minutes.

I tried the free runna version, which i find quite slow 8:10km and Strava doesn’t seem to have plans. I also noticed that registered a run on garmin connect would create a duplicate on Strava and iPhone would count it as a double run which is becoming a mess to keep track of.

So for the people looking for a half marathon prep with an iPhone (if that’s worth mentioning) what have you used that has proved useful for your training?

I also go to the gym about twice a week, but if the prep has some exercises it would definitely be a bonus

Hi everyone,

To present myself I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2018. Back then I had no family doctor and the one I saw refused to make me do some tests, it went very badly. I got myopia, gained 40kg+ in less than 6 months, got back and knees injury due to the rapid weight gain, lost a lot of my hair.

Since then, I had on two occasions my thyroid acting due to massive stress shock (got fired twice in a row in the span of one and half year)

It’s been a year and half that my thyroid is stable enough. I sleep properly, eat healthy, and I’m very active (I run 15 to 20km a week, play badminton for 2h a week and go to the gym for strength training two times a week also). I also cycled for leisure up to 50km a week.

I have been on the overweight side for a year now and despite all the physical activity, I am unable to lose weight. It’s really frustrating because I am in a calorie deficit but my weight is stuck to the gram.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you start losing weight again? I’m F30, 167cm for 76kg, I’ve always weighed around 66kg

My weight hasn’t changed in 6 months despite healthy food habits, calorie deficit, and physical activity. Also, I don’t smoke or drink alcohol if that can say something.

I have taken a full blood test and everything was fine including the cortisol level.
