Literally have been checking 3 targets in my area every time I’m around them and today was the day!!

My partner and I started off just having a large dog and a cat both older animals roughly 7-8 years old. Then we a little over a year ago, got another cat who was living on someone’s enclosed porch (about one year old at the time). We introduced them and everyone got along well! the baby kitty adores my older cat. Fast forward a year later and my partner and I decide to adopt another cat (5 years) she’s a spayed female (all cats are neutered btw). She’s been EXTREMELY friendly right off the bat. For example, on day 1 she wanted to explore outside the room we were keeping her in and rubbing all over us. We let her meet our other kitties a day or two later and my older cat did not care at all, but the baby after touching noses with her hissed and has been basically pouting since. He later watched my older cat and the girl cat interact and I took a photo of how heartbroken he looked.

The baby kitty is extremely food driven like for Halloween stole a whole pizza and breadsticks. We have to put everything away or he will try to eat it. And usually gobbles down his food during his feeding times. Yesterday, all the animals were alone for a bit since we had to go to a wedding. Now today, we woke up very late so also out of our routine for feeding schedules. The baby kitty refuses to eat. I tried to give him some wet food in addition to his kibble and he ate a bit for breakfast but for dinner he refused to eat at all along with treats, pizza, and a gold fish. He doesn’t lay with us anymore or come around us. When we hold him he just stares off when he used to look up at us. All he does is sit in his one cat tree and sleep. He is still using the litter box. We are extremely worried and not sure how serious this is (we just experienced a pet loss with a childhood cat who was living back in our hometown so we aren’t sure if we are being paranoid or if this is serious).

I’ve looked things up and it said he could be depressed and to monitor if he is eating in 24-48 hours. After that timeframe to take him to the vet. He was just at the vet earlier this week and they said nothing of concern. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening and what we can do? We love our baby boy and we have been trying to give him extra attention so he doesn’t feel as lonely.

PS: 1st photo is him heartbroken and 2nd and 3rd photos are of him right now. I woke him up to take those. The rest are from before we got the new 5 year old cat.

Also: he still uses the litter box and when we pet him he flops around. He will come to the bed in the morning before we feed them to get pet but after breakfast all he does is pout.

I’m slowly putting together my craft desk, and I pulled out my old monitor that I’m gonna use for my craft desk. Rn my decor is a lot of Sanrio, Miku, light colors, cats, etc. so I thought sticker bombing the monitor would be a good way to cover it up and make it match. But idk if this is just looking ugly? (Ignore my application with some of them I’m going to be putting something on the screen to protect it)

I posted not too long ago about how my dog is obsessed with Pompompurin ever since she first saw him. We got her a Pompom dog toy and she has cherished him and will carry him to bed at night. He was looking rough and they no longer sell him in stores. I searched multiple online marketplaces (Mercari, eBay, Depop, etc) to never see one pop up. But u/shakethetree kindly gifted their extra pompom to my dog! My dog remembered that he comes with a squeaker inside and has been squeaking constantly. She has never been happier!

Thank you to everyone that has helped find listings, alternatives, and offering their stash of Pompompurin dog toys - which you will probably hear from us at some point lol. My dog also says thank you and that she is so happy to have twin bffs

We first got this Halloween Sanrio plush bus that came with all the characters and Pompom would be in the driver’s seat, and we had to hide him because she would be constantly trying to steal him. When PetSmart came out with their Sanrio dog toys in 2025, I bought her Pompompurin and she always has to have him around. She won’t sleep without him (literally carries him to bed), she suckles him, and doesn’t destroy him. I cannot find a new listing to get her a new one anywhere cause he is not looking the greatest right now hahahah!!

If anyone has a link or a Pompom sitting around pls let me know!!! We’ve been looking FOREVER for a replacement! Please, NO BEANS/BEADS! Thank you :)

UPDATE: someone had an extra and shipping to us! My dog will be so so excited to have 2 pompoms!

I have this stitch dictionary book and I am planning on learning how to read charts, but I have to make something fast and I don’t have time to do that right now. Does anyone know where I can find a video tutorial or written pattern of the stitch pictured? I have google searched the name and image and found nothing :,(
