A protein/meal replacement shake without my allergies/intolerances

I can't have

soy

dairy

corn (so no derivatives like dextrose, corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, etc unless proven to not be corn)

fructose (so no honey or agave or fruits like apples)

nitrates (i don't expect that would be in one...)

sucralose or other sweeteners

bananas

garlic/onion

Raw vegetables (i have to cook the hell out of them if I have any hope of digesting them without pain)

I really doubt it but im hoping 🤞 because as you can imagine its really hard eating a balanced diet and I have to cook everything myself and I'm chronically fatigued

Is it an allergy or is this how chocolate feels?

I like the Hu 70% dark nut butter filled chocolate bars but it makes my mouth dry out kinda astringent and my gums hurt like I brushed them dry and my tongue feels sandpaper-y and it feels overall very acidic. I figured that's just how chocolate is but is that maybe an allergy?

Does taking pepto and then immediately eating cause side effects/ make it not work?

My partner takes pepto for diarrhea and nausea and I just found out they take pepto and then Immediately eat something, often fruit. I feel like that's not a good idea? Wouldn't that make it not work as well? Could that make the diarrhea worse because it seems worse recently

I need a pen that can stand up to my excessive class note taking

I like these pens for how juicy they are and they glide well. But I've run through 3 just this month and I'm getting frustrated. It was about 165 pages of notes. Im not sure if that's a good ratio but I'm tired of them running out every week. Are there pens with like extra large amounts of ink? Or pens that come with extra ink tubes? Biggest thing is it has to not smudge under a highlighter and not take too long to dry since I fly through pages.
