Playing Simcity 4 on Steam on Cachyos. A few questions :

1. I for my life cannot get RTMT to work. I tried 3.5 and 3.6. Unsure how do i run the .exe files for Cachyos. Do you folks know of any other mode that is Road top ? Need a subway and bus
2. On CAM : how long do buildings take to go to Level 15. Is there an inherent time-limit for game time?
3. Any links for ICR specific CAMeLots ? I think there was an article somewhere, i cannot find it
4. In the extended DLL query, my building level is not defined. Am I doing something wrong?
5. How do you activate the high-capacity schools and hospitals? I could before, now on this version of CachyOS , I must be missing a step

Happy owner of a 2024 Sienna. I have a few observations about the car. I am hoping others can tell me is something is wrong.

• Previously, especially during summers, a tank full of gas would show like 600-610 miles of range and 540-550 range during winters
• Over the past year for me, the range shown of the full tank of gas is always 540-550, irrespective of the weather
• My tire changes have nothing to do with this.The problem with the lower mileage on a full-tank of gas is from before i got newer tires
• I tried filling up at different gas stations, to make sure that it is not a pump issue. I try and force fill 3-4 times after the 1st automatic stop (maybe get a gallon additional ). Still have not seen the mileage of a full-tank of gas go higher than 560
• Is this something to be worried about
• I did the normal maintenance checks with the Toyota dealership, They said the engine passed all the checks. None of the warning lights show-up on the dashboard.
• Additionally, since about a year, the engine sounds different. Again, the dealership said passed all checks, however, I swear the noise is different. I am not sure how do i describe it
• I do not know if the engine noise and the lower mileage are connected/ correlated

Trying to see if someone else has observed something like this. Thanks for an guidance/ pointers.

I keep coming back to Simcity4 every few years, always amazed by the evolution of the mods. Have a few questions about the new gameplay:

1. For CAM, is there a query tool that tells me what level is the current building?
2. How do i download more buildings that are CAM friendly?
3. For CAM, is there an option to decide the speed at which the skyscrapers show-up? Remember the version few years ago did that. IS there any way to alter the CAM speed live during gameplay?
4. Is there a Road Top Subway that works ? I found a road top bus stop, however, the Subway is giving me brown boxes (that mod could not be downloaded by sc4pac) ?
5. I have not done the DirectX wrapper with DGvoodoo2 . Is it necessary?Am i leaving performance on the table?
6. Use the modern camera tool for WASD movement. However, I could not find the continuous rotation like the Z and X keys in Skylines. Is there a mod for that ?

Running Simcity 4 on Steam on Cachyos. I downloaded SC4Pac and added the Graphics Options dll. The explanation on the Simtropolis page says that it cannot the resolution using this dll. Anyhow, I did update the ini file to show 1920 x 1200. However, still get the smaller resolution. Any ideas on how to change the resolution?

I have Windows 11. Use steam. Downloaded SC4Pac. Am downloading all the mods with Sc4Pac. I just had to apply the 4GB patch myself separately. The game crashed after the intro video. What should i do and check or redo ? Any place I can see the logs and see why it is crashing?
