We are looking to buy a travel stroller for an upcoming trip to Paris. Need it to be lightweight to carry up and down metro stairs, easy to get on a plane, and also work with a 5 month old! Most of the travel strollers I’ve seen say 6months+ without a bassinet attachment.
How’s the Joolz+?
I just started wearing my 11 week old in the Artipoppe - he only wants to be in it for about 10 minutes max and then will start to get fussy.
When I take him out, he has a bit of red marking on his inner knee/thigh area - is he still too small for the carrier? Or am I wearing it wrong? Photos showing we hear the red indents on his legs are!
He’s about 13 pounds and 58 cm long.
Looking into travelling to somewhere in France for 10 days with a 5.5 month old. Looking for relaxed vibes - strolling through neat towns and sipping coffee at a cafe, window shopping, seeing unique architecture… just immersing ourselves into their culture as opposed to piling on activities and excursions.
Where would you go?
It would be sometime in October. We won’t be renting a car - would like somewhere that we can walk around everywhere.
Looking to minimize travel time as much as possible (we are flying from Toronto). So would likely be direct flight to Paris then short train somewhere (or just stay in Paris - maybe in a quieter area?!)
I’ve been looking into Bordeaux.. Burgundy.. Lyon.. Strasburg and Colmar.. Aix-en-Provence.. or stay in Paris.. open to other suggestions or opinions on these!
My husband and I are planning on taking a trip this Fall for around 10 days with our 5.5 month old. We live in Canada - we are thinking somewhere in Europe. We’ve been to Porto, Lisbon, Douro Valley, Venice, Florence, Rome, Siena, and Barcelona (all without a baby!) - where would you suggest would be great with a little one? We are looking to stroll city streets, drink coffee at cafes, see architecture and art… just really have a chill time taking in sights and sounds of a new city. Hoping for not a super touristy area. Open to any suggestions or would love to hear experiences! It would be in October.
