Hi Everyone, I am a backyard amateur welder. I am having issues with my Miller Millermatic 211 Single Phase Welder. I mig small projects around the house, brackets for automotive projects, gates etc. I do not have extensive experience like the pros in this group. I was hoping you could help me. After a couple years of great use, recently my welder is having issues and I am not sure how to troubleshoot. So I started a new project and the welds are getting no penetration and are very dirty. I turned up the welder to the max I could for my 120v setup and see no difference. Both welds in the photo of different settings but same results. Tried different metal, same issue. I have no tested it on 220v as I do not have that at my house (my welder offers both) I checked the gas and even replaced the tank. Still same issue. Anyone have suggestions? Also, if its not user error and issue with the welder, where does one get a welder repaired? This is a bit uncharted territory for me. Thank you for your time.

SOLVED - The hose that connects to the solenoid valve disconnected somehow! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP!
