What keyboard do you recommend?

I just want a black keyboard, preferably TKL, but can be smaller, and i'd like the keycaps to have the rgb pass through them. My only experience is basically with membrane keyboards and im looking for my first ever keyboard purchase to go with my first pc build. Obviously expensive keyboards like the wooting are out of question. Maybe $100? Not sure myself how much i want to pay for it. Obviously the more popular it is, the greater chance to find it on the second-hand market for cheaper, but getting a new one is fine too. The problem is that keyboard youtubers and the like have high standards and i dont know what features are really worth having and which ones aren't. Obviously i dont want it too loud since ill be using it for gaming, but also for writing documents, programming etc. The choice is just so overwhelming, oh and i live in poland so certain options might be unavailable

Phantom spirit 120 vs aqua elite 240 v3

So i got the phantom spirit 120 for my 7500f and its great but obviously temps for aio should be even cooler. The question is if a low end aio is better at cooling than a relatively well received air cooler? I do not mind paying more, atleast the aqua elite 240 v3 has a good price, i cannot install a 360 in my case. So what do you guys think? Would it lower my temps even further? I put cinebench r23 and i think 74/75 was the maximum it got to with my phantom spirit 120. Also first time using amazon, can i return the product even if i have already opened it and mounted it in my pc? Or is there a chance they will reject my return, it hasnt been 48h yet, but then again, the return policy might be different for electronics. [in poland]

Advice regarding cpu tower cooler

Okay so i was planning on buying the phantom spirit 120 (maybe se, maybe v2, depends on price) and for case fans ill be buying p14 max and p12 pwms. Im oretty sure that the thermalright fans are worse and will be louder, also heard some opinions that its annoyingly loud. Is this true? Also i am aware that setting the fan curves is important too, but i guess i want to know if the noise is infact rather loud, are there any new alternatives that have entered the market, and do you have any other recommendations. Im getting the 7500f so yeah everyones gonna say how overkill it is to get it but i want the cpu to run cool, amd the tower to be quiet (less effirt, less noise).
