getting charged £64.99 for 1.6gbps when it’s £33.99 on USwitch?

is there anything i can do even though i’m out of the cooling down period? when i first joined months ago they charged me £60.99 a month. then they renewed me at £65 a month.

i can afford it, just a little weird they’re charging me just about double for the same speed.

any way around this?

UPDATE: on the phone now and i’m getting broadband and tv for less that £40 a month!
