I saw this while walking my dog, the head is ~15 feet away from the body, and not a single part of it had been eaten, if an animal killed it I’d assume it would eat it but I’m not sure how/why a human would do it

I found this stag beetle dead in a forest and he was so fresh I didn’t need to rehydrate him, I don’t have any real supplies and Id love some advice on what to buy + techniques and stuff 🙂‍↕️
