hello. i recently was able to see some messages in my boyfriend’s work groupchat and i have been very uneasy ever since. for context, me and my bf have been together for 9 years going 10 this year me (24) bf (26)

these are some of the messages i was able to read in their groupchat (translated to english/tagalog):

TEAM LEADER: *tags my boyfriend and sends a pic of a conversation of other people in their office asking for my boyfriends name*
GIRL WORKMATE: “bentang benta ah” then proceeds to tag my boyfriend
BOY WORKMATE: (idk how to translate this exactly sorry im not good in tagalog pero this is like the thought) “nagseselos kaba? hahaha”

then they had their team building sa beach in which my bf was the one driving and then he dropped them off one by one

GIRL WORKMATE: “ingat kayo guys”
proceeds to chat again: *tags my bf specifically* “ingat sa pag drive*
BOY WORKMATE: *sends a pic of my bf driving* then said “nag iingat daw siya para sayo” (although my bf said that he never actually said this and his workmate made this up to be funny)

then the girl proceeded to heart his picture and the message of the other workmate. also replied “good" sa message niya na nag iingat daw bf ko

then i saw a video sa gc nila the girl was doing a 0.5 video sa car and she was in the shotgun seat while my bf was driving while their other workmates nasa likod ng car

i confronted my bf abt this and he said na pressure daw sya ng mga workmates niya na doon ipa sit si girl kasi masama daw pakiramdam

so in my head i was like??? girl ure not feeling well yet u still had the time to take a video flexing na nasa passenger seat ka?

anyways wala namang concrete evidence of cheating and maybe im just being oa. my bf apologized nmn and said that it wont happen again and i do believe he wont cheat on me pero grabe lng talaga yung overthink ko like hay idk anymore

im so sorry if parang tanga ako dito i just feel so hopeless and i dont have anyone to talk to abt this irl bc i dont want my friends to have a bad image of him. idk if im just being paranoid right now or if valid naman yung nararamdaman ko or if ako lang yung nagpuput ng meaning sa mga na read ko. im literally shaking while typing this rn kasi huhuhu wtf d ko na alam ano ba dapat like should i be feeling this way or what parang UGH ang confusing as hell :(((((
