had my first introductory dose beginning of the week and its really shut off my food noise!! In 2023 I began my weight loss journey with no semaglutide, just a calorie deficit and weight lifting, lost 100lbs and dropped to 130. I went through a dark period where I stopped eating almost entirely and just was not doing well mentally, started eating normally again and gained about 15-20ish lbs from the 130 mark. Since then the food noise that I dealt with at the very beginning of my journey/when I was binging daily came back tenfold and I knew if I kept going the way I was I’d gain back the 100 I’d lost. Even when I was full or not hungry all I would think about was food. I have no issue dealing with hunger pangs when in a deficit, it’s just the constant thinking about what food sounds yummy and what I’m going to eat next. I really couldn’t get it under control.. but even just taking the .25mg dose has almost fully eliminated the food noise and I feel like I can comfortably control myself when in situations where theres unplanned foods and meals. I feel relieved. I plan on using semaglutide as a tool alongside my normal deficit and weight lifting so I can get to my weight goal, and then come off of it with my newly formed habits around food. I’m only going up to 1mg and I was worried that it wouldn’t be enough, but I’m pleasantly surprised by how well my body is reacting to such a low dose already.

I’m looking into using pomegranate. I’m looking at the pricing and it gives the option to order up to 6 months worth, but in fine print says it can only ship 2 vials at a time. I’m wondering how it works then. Do i get 3 boxes of 2 vials? Or is it shipping me 2 vials every 2 months?
