Please help ! Should I visit a derm or is this normal

I'm trying to grow out my hair but ever since I've been shedding more , and I can also see mt scalp when wet . My hair type is curly 2C/3A (according to gpt)

Any other suggestions/ home remedies that you all feel like I should include in my day to day schedule

I don't really need any shortcuts I'm ready to for the long term/ safe methods

Last time I went to a derm she suggested minoxidil (didn't continue with her due to exams and other affairs I had to tend to)

I recently watched Aadu 3 on ott (was genuinely excited about it) unfortunately it didn't work for me (atrocious placing of bgm of characters, it was fine at first but then they started playing it after every time they showed it and that was getting unbearable and also the comedy was weak as hell)

Then I watched Prathichaya and ik these are two diff genres and all but man I felt like much more effort was put into making this film in comparison to Aadu3 which was basically just nostalgia bait.

I thoroughly enjoyed Prathichaya despite it having certain traits of 2010-2015-esq movies in terms of dialogue and its delivery and the treatment of script as well but other than that the music was great and so was the technical side (Unni B has proved he is good at it even in his past flicks)

And I was actually surprised that despite being someone not very well versed in poltics I was quite hooked in this.

But oh boy Nivin and sharaf were a major miscast, their english dialogue delivery was so bad , it's not even about the accent, it straight up felt like they were reading the lines right then and there.

And ig one of the major reasons why this film clicked for me was because the father son relationship plot clicked with me very well... prolly cause Balachandra menon actually reminded me of my late grandpa in terms of mannerisms and looks🥹

Some movies which are often considered to be trash/mid/bashed on reddit that you personally enjoyed?

And when I say enjoyed I mean sometimes you know that these films are mediocre/bad but certain aspects of it actually makes you enjoy the film ...me personally enjoy most flicks which are high on style even if the script is dogshit

Bazooka - Enjoyed solely because I'm an ikka Fan , say what you want but I actually enjoyed the last 20 mins and his fight sequences (yes judge me but I'm all for Ikkas stand in one place and beat the shit Outta villains sequences).

The music was cool and actually enjoyed all those absurd scenes where >!Shine tom Chacko shows up Outta no where , that weird drunk conversation scene with GVM , aarattu annan intro.!<

MARCO - I've seen this film in the theatre and 2 times on ott just for the action and gore.

I went in knowing dialogue and all was bad but for some reason I enjoyed them esp. *you are dealing with the wrong wrong person* and *njan vannappo Muthal ella chennaayakal......*

Music was a banger ofc (saw in theatres)

IDENTITY - yes except for the whole >!air force commando thing !< I genuinely thought this was a fun flick

Overly complicated just for the sake of being complicated but the frames were fun, action sequences were cool, music as well ( still listen to cyclone central)

LOHAM - saw this in theatres and man the interval punch , the bgm , the dialogues , siddique , Lal ettan ....it was really fun

I've seen it again a few times
