Something that a lot of people might not even realize is their eating disorder voice talking, is the strict belief that they know what something tastes like without actually trying it. How do I know this? Because I used to be one of those people too! I still have to remind myself not to be.

I’ve tried tons of foods since I first went into recovery a few years ago. And I can confidently tell you, that your brains are full of shit when they tell you that you know exactly what something tastes like before you’ve ever eaten it.

Like yeah, of course some things might be how we expect them. But a lot of the time you may be very surprised. Pleasantly so, even. Stop letting that voice control you

I got the email that I will need to take the CCAT within the next 5 days, with a link to do so. What exactly should I expect? Is someone gonna be watching me, will I need to book a certain time? If I fail do I get a retake right away or an extension or anything?

What do you guys do about official documents like birth cert or social card? My ex has always had them and it makes me a little uncomfy that I don’t have them but idk

How soon do I need to give up smoking weed? Classes start in September. Clinicals are 6 months after that. Not sure what point in the process they do that..? Do I quit before admission?

Wondering how much tuition I should be expecting to face for the 18 month MRI program with Gurnick? I haven't applied for any FAFSA or grants yet.
