For context, parents wants me to apply sa IM but I want to apply sa Radio. I want to undergo pre res sana both departments to get a feel of it and to help me with my final choice din sana. Also, the application letters are sent to the same person (medical chief) since same institution lang naman. Will that affect my chances into getting into one of these departments?

Docs, how did you gain confidence sa pag manage ng patient when moonlighting? Minsan parang nakaka praning din na baka mali ang naibigay or naorder ko sa chart. Tho I'm glad meron akong mga kasama at nurses na napagtatanungan pero nakaka lowka lang sometimes na baka "ay hindi pala dapat ganun" lol
How do you overcome anxiety especially sa mga maliit na bagay. For example, I'm new at work and I also feel a little bit incompetent compared to my colleagues so mas nahihiya me. Then I was added into the GC, tho mostly updates lang naman but it makes me anxious na even accepting the GC invite seems hard. 😫
Started moonlighting today at a private hospital. History and PE was fine pero when it comes to management and dx, nganga talaga. Lalo nat naiwan pa sa ER tho super benign lng nman. Super grateful lang sa mga seniors na helpful and understanding. But it really makes me question my path and future in med. I didn't go to residency yet because I'm still undecided and I also don't wanna go half hearted. Decided to moonlight because I wanna be exposed din sana sa practice,learn, improve and maybe it will help me choose which specialization to pursue. Pero ayun lang, i feel walang alam. Given din that I am a pandemic clerk and intern and had a huge gap since my last hospital duty. I feel like back to basic ang learning ko and nahihiya ako sa seniors ko.
