Radiography Program

Hi there. I’ve had a dream of becoming a rad tech for well over four years now but was unable to start the process as I was separating from the military, moving across the country, going through a divorce etc. I’m finally in a place where I feel stable and am starting to take pre-reqs for the program for this fall semester starting on Aug 24th. I unfortunately have never taken a BIO class with my previous college degree so I have to take BIO 101 before I can take A&P 1 and 2. I was reviewing all the classes I’m registered for this evening and realized there’s no way I’ll be able to get A&P 2 done by the time the application window opens in May. Because I will be taking BIO 101 this fall semester and then A&P 1 in the spring which leaves A&P 2 remaining. Am I correct in my thinking that this means I probably won’t be able to apply to the program until May 2028? I’m kinda discouraged because I wanted to apply in May 2027 but I don’t think I’ll have the last A&P requirement done by then. Yes I am going to advising next week to ask about this. But I wanted to come on here and ask as well as sometimes I feel like advising rushes me and doesn’t answer my questions thoroughly and just refers me back to the Radiography website on nova. Thank you!

Is it a nova thing to have no regard for other people’s cars? 💀

I moved here a year ago from the west coast and in the span of the past four months I have had-

-someone ram their car door into my back passenger door and take a out a chunk of paint
- I was sitting in the giant parking lot and a lady got out of her car and SLAMMED her car door into my drivers side it was so loud it made me jump (fortunately didn’t leave a discernible mark)
-and this morning I have a HUGE mark on the front right of my car, evidently from someone running into my car. Before you ask of course they didn’t leave a note because why would they? 😂😩

First date restaurants recommendations

Hi there, I am going on a first date tomorrow and look for recommendations of restaurants in the Fairfax/Springfield/Annadale area. Nothing extremely fancy, just looking for a chill-ish spot. Thank you!!!!

FYI don’t use the essential oil air fresheners that hang from your rear view mirror

I’m so upset I’ve used these air fresheners a few times before and this one somehow leaked and made the plastic peel on the drive mode buttons!!😐😐😐 trying to see how to fix this or replace the drive mode buttons. Any advice is appreciated.
