Ebay Speaker Capacitor kits any good?

Are they junk? See a lot of these yellow caps.

Says they are film caps.

Seem to be a lot cheaper than anything I can bu independently. I seem to have a hard time finding exactly the right values also. So this would be convenient if they are decent caps.

It has been a while but I believe I read that they switched from pushrod to overhead cams? That is when they came out with the 2 tone head cover colour? Grey/black? If I recall early models had problems?
