Bought this a long time ago, any idea if this is really Roy Emmersons racquet? Would like to see whether this is worth keeping.

have been looking at arm wrestling exercise equipment online, has anyone seen or used these before? would they be worth buying?

I am trying to turn this as the cold water won’t turn on, can someone please help?

I have taken the tap off and put the box tool but still very stiff and won’t move. Am worried if I try any hard it will snap the stem off. Have also tried WD40 with no luck.
