I'm trying to print a funnel right now but this is an issue I seem to have whenever I try to print a round/arc shape. I'm using a stock Sovol SV08 and Orca Slicer. Printing PLA+ at 215°, 20% line infill, 1 wall, no support, with a range of speeds from 100% to 50% with no apparent differences. No idea at this point what to try.
I'm using a stock Sovol SV08 and I'll preheat my bed for 40+ mins, then I run 2 quad gantry levels and follow that up with a bed height calibration. After saving the bed mesh I do a z offset calibration and it pushes the nozzle into the bed and drags it across the build plate gouging a line into the metal build plate when it's laying the purge strip and then I have to quickly adjust the z offset to lift the nozzle or it will damage the middle of the build plate when it starts to print. I assume that the issue has something to do with how high my bed mesh is but I don't know for sure and I don't know what to do about it. Please let me know if I've left out any info and I'll try to provide it.
