So stupidly haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years and started getting pain in my lower right molar when biting down an over a month ago, I went to the dentist. She didn’t see anything other than the wisdom tooth, so she referred me to the oral surgeon who noticed there was localized irritation on the gum of the second molar and recommended removal of the second molar but didn’t mention anything about the wisdom tooth should i get a second opinion and I know about the other side he said I don’t use that side for chewing so not to worry about it right now but It's still hurting when I bite down said to take ibuprofen should I get a second opinion don't have the best money situation right now and 500 dollars for a tooth😬

My dad passed away last month and was wondering if anybody has anything from him? I did feel like i had a sign a day after he passed but I’m not sure
