- I spray calendula tea with Centella teca oil on the recipient area twice daily since the 3 week mark, worked wonders on the redness
- found some supplements that helped a ton to prevent nerve pain: arnica, hypericum perforatum, and acetyl L-carnitine
- ended up doing one electro-accupunture session on occipital nerves, cleared up any regeneration pain within 24 hours
- have done 1 PRP session at 45 days, two more scheduled through the 6mo mark
- did 4 red light sessions starting at week 2
Overall super happy so far, feel like the donor area looks good after a huge harvesting, and feeling really good about the overall aspect, starting to fill in behind the hairline. Only 3mo in but was very comfortable with Dr. Victor and still feel like I have a ton of support from his team if needed. I’m based in the US, 32M, had the surgery in Caruaru, Brazil.
