Kicking off Friday in the 986 shell pennies — #8 and denim is the easiest win of the week.
D9541 Shell Cordovan Modified Last - Productivity Booster
For when your footwear is outperforming the department KPIs. Productivity up 12% after coworkers realized they’re competing with my shoes now.
D9521 Shell on the Modified last — ridiculous comfort on first wear. Zero break‑in.
Wore them around the office today. Modified last really is its own thing — the arch support is crazy good and the forefoot feels locked in without pressure. Easily the most comfortable first wear I’ve had from Alden, or any shoe. This is going to the top of the rotation.
Brushing in the morning - Makes a big difference
Wore my Color 8 990s today and hit them with a quick brush before heading out — nothing fancy, just my normal 30–60 seconds. It’s wild how big a difference that tiny bit of attention makes. I’ve never used any products in these, just elbow grease.
Why the Indy Oxford Deserves More Love
The Indy Oxford doesn’t get nearly the attention the boot does, but it’s one of Alden’s most comfortable lasts and most versatile designs. Anyone else rocking these?
Trench Oxfords.
I wish they made more shoes. These are tanks, and I love the fit.
Love them, but when do they darken?
Had these Travelers in Natural CXL, couple months, they’re still beige. When does the caramel brown come?
D9108F Regina Grain pump loafer — why isn’t this makeup talked about more?
Dark Brown Regina Grain on the Aberdeen. Tight pebble grain, great structure, and way more versatile than I expected. First impressions: this might be Alden’s most underrated non‑shell loafer leather.
