I’m assuming a hard backlight, plus some kind of hard key light supplemented with some fill.
Can anyone help?

I want to run the entire Manhattan Summer Streets route starting uptown right at 7 am. What’s it like early in the morning? Any experiences?
I need ice cream after a long run today. Anyone have recs? I typically go to Breeze Cafe or Carvel but I’m open to other options.
Wouldn’t Christopher have been justified in going after Paulie over those jokes?
I’d think an infant daughter of a made guy/captain would be considered off limits.
Especially since she was Tony and Carmela’s Goddaughter!
Or do they still break more rules than the Catholic Church?
I didn't like waking up at 3:45 am to get to Prospect Park at 5.
But I had a great time at fluid station #4 on Team Gatorade for the RBC Brooklyn half. (Team Water is respectable but clearly in second place)
Setup was boring and the rush for fluids didn't start until around 8:30 am.
And eventually it turned into absolute mayhem in the best way. We could not mix up and pour Gatorade fast enough. And as time went on, we eventually figured out faster ways to do everything.
So the next time you volunteer, do the Gatorade station! I
It starts boring but gets super fun. I would do it as a part-time job if I could.
Just wear waterproof shoes and be ready to get dirty.
It's also hilarious how much bickering happens among the early runners. I heard about 20 arguments over who's doing what wrong.
Last year, I volunteered at a youth running event as a quasi-security guard and it was horribly boring.
But the Gatorade station is an adventure. Highly recommend it for those seeking volunteer spots for 9+1.
