is cpap dr good?

I went to a cpap dr based on reddit. I asked if he uses OSCAR and he told me OSCAR doesn't work for Resmed. I am reading online that it does. Was he right? He was very brusque. I started to talk at the beginning and he put up his hands and said "I need to run the show."

What I do like is that he is willing to lower my pressure even if it is below the official pressure required if it means the air won't hurt my stomach. Other drs refused to. Also, he suggested taking a times release melatonin instead of a regular one.

Israel in August

Hi,

I have a flight to Israel booked for the first two weeks in August to stay in Jerusalem. My brother says it is too hot to go then and do touring things like Dead Sea Masada Chevron etc. He's trying to convince me to reschedule. I'm a 55 year old man.

Is he correct?

Hi,

Am I planning well? I'm 55, I have 24k in an old Tia Creff IRA from two previous employers.

Feb 2025 I opened a Vanguard account and started an IRA. I buy VTI. I have about 9k.

I have a govt job that gives a guaranteed 8.25% (I know its true please believe me) Roth up to like 31k a year. Theres no matching.

My plan is to contribute $600 a paycheck to the job IRA and max out my IRA with VTI over the next 15 years until I hit 70 and retire. Assuming my job works out I'll get a pension like 30k yearly and 20-30k SS.

I have no cc debt. I have college loans that I just need to file for forgiveness for working in public sector.

How does my plan sound to you?
