There was an episode in the early seasons where Brooke told Peyton to stop throwing up to lose weight or she was going to make her look fat. Rachel also made so many comments about how “fat” Brooke was

So when I got to Season 5, I actually found it refreshing to hear Brooke say “Anorexia is a disease, it is not a fashion statement” The message was really beautiful

But at the same time, I feel like the show never fully committed to that message because it kept fat-shaming characters who were already thin.

I was especially shocked to learn that the US size 4 Victoria kept complaining about is actually considered small.

Beauty standards and body image in the early 2000s were absolute hell. Makes me glad I was literally one year old when this show first aired 😭

هل تعرفون من محيطكم احد شرطت على زوجها ان يكون منع الحمل من عنده وليس من عندها وكيف كان رأيه؟

تناقشت مع البنات ان اكبر اسباب رفضي للزواج ان هرموناتي بتتدمر بسبب الحبوب هذا غير المخاطر الصحيه الي لا حصر لها، شفت قريبتي وتغيرات مزاجها بسبب الحبوب واحدى قريباتي الي كانت بتودع بسبب جلطه ناتجه عن استخدامها الحبوب

وشفت نتيجه اللولب على احدى قريباتي وكيف بعده إلى اللحظه ما قدرت تحمل مره ثانيه، ففكرت اني مستحيل اتحمل هالمخاطر لحالي + الحمل والولاده

إذا أنا بشيل الطفل، مفترض الطرف الاخر هو الي يتحمل مسؤولية المنع كذا نكون 50/50 وبدون اثار للطرفين

لأن حسب معرفتي فيه طرق جدا امنه يقدرون يسوونه الرجال

وهل الرجال ممكن يكونون منفتحين على الفكره؟ او وش ردة الفعل الي مفروض نتوقعها كإناث إذا طرحنا هذا الموضوع؟

هل لازم اصرف العلاجات بالصيدلية عشان تنزل في صحتي؟ لان عندي نفس العلاجات بالوصفه بالبيت

لو مديري ما اعطاني مهام لمده 4 ايام كذا

وش اكثر شركة دلع من ناحية المميزات؟

اتكلم عن رواتب مجزيه، ترقيات واضحة، دوام مرن ( يعني مثلا تجي 8 تطلع 4 او 7 وتطلع 3 ) بالاضافة إلى توفر يوم بالشهر مثلا عن بعد ومميزات اكثر خاصه من ناحية المرونه؟

إذا سمعتوا عن شركات تقدم مثل هالمميزات ممكن تذكرونها؟

وش الهدف من الحضور الإلزامي إذا كامل التيم يعمل عن بعد بحكم اختلاف المناطق الجغرافيه؟

اشوفها سياسة غريبة وبعيدة كل البعد عن المرونه

For someone who joined as a fresh graduate Staff 1 how long should you ideally stay to secure strong exit opportunities

I’ve heard different opinions some say leave after 2 years others recommend staying until Senior or even Manager, I’m trying to understand what actually makes a noticeable difference in terms of opportunities salary and career growth?

Based on your experience what would you consider the ideal time to leave Big 4 and why?
