I was thinking about picking these up, but their website says 2011-2013 only, any shot that it'll work on a 2014 anyway?

I've been having issues with my home network for a couple of years, but the biggest problem has been with Discord. When I am in a game - single player or otherwise - I'm unable to upload screenshots or stream video without my voice chat becoming robotic. The pictures simply don't upload at all - even something as small as 2 MB files.

This has persisted through two modems and routers and on different computers, hardwired or otherwise. I've tried to get help from my ISP and they've replaced underground lines, adjusted signal strengths (there was high end frequency rolloff on the lines today which has been fixed). When they came and ran the new lines my download speeds went down to 90MB/s until they fixed it today.

I'm not sure what else I can do at this point, given that it's occurred with multiple modems, routers, and devices. There are no QOS settings enabled at this time.

A few weeks ago I had a tech come out to look at ongoing connectivity issues with our internet. He diagnosed the lines as being the problem and started the process of ordering new underground line work to be done. Last week the lines were marked.

This weekend some moron went and got rid of all of the flags and markings. The work is scheduled for sometime later this week or next.

I have tried to use xfinity assistant to get help with it but the problem seems to have stumped the AI as it won’t even respond now.

How do I rectify this?
