Anyone need BOB

Hi, I am currently stuck in La Paz and expected to be here for another 3 weeks but with the situation as it is I want to leave ASAP.

But I just got out a bunch of money in BOB and I think I will lose a lot if I exchange it for soles.

Does anyone want to swap BOB for GBP? I have about 5,000 to get rid of

Just been to dentist after 2 years and a decade of poor self oral care. Is my bruxism bad and will my teeth eventually fall out if this carries on?

So I (25m) went to the dentist and got cleaned for the first time in about 2 years. I smoked for the last 18 months and drink a fair bit since the travel life is quite party. I also am trying to reduce or cut out cola which I drink a fair amount of.

The dentist here diagnosed me with bruxism, and reccomended a night guard. She also said something about my third molar maybe needing extracting someday as it must be below the gum.

She was surprised I have no pain from the bruxism and said there is some gum reduction.

I have always been very bad at cleaning. Like very irregular for the last 10 yrs. Almost never twice a day and often I just forget for several days.

I am scared I will eventually lose all my teeth but the dentist seemed to think overall its not too bad.

What must I do now to prevent needing any serious work done in the future? I am really scared I've messed up my teeth big time and by 60 they'll all fall out and rot

Preparation in Peru

Hey guys, so I have my first retreat upcoming in Iquitos in about a month and a half. I'm currently in Bolivia and starting to consider how to prep and how long for.

I've heard 2 weeks is a good length of time to watch your diet and cut out drinks and snacks etc.

But my question is mainly, if you're not supposed to eat salt and meat before your retreat, what the hell do you eat? Cus at least in Bolivia its mostly chicken or other meats and rice. Usually fried and always very salty. If Peru is similar I'm gonna have a fairly difficult time i imsgine
