Fan shroud for i6 200 radiator?

New aluminum radiator, 180 degree thermostat, and heater core installed, no signs of leaks, and have bled the cooling system, yet I'm still having overheating issues when idling. I've been suggested to get a fan shroud. I have a Champions two-row aftermarket radiator w/ automatic trans lines, I contacted them and was told they do not offer fan shrouds for my radiator, after doing some research I found out that inline 6 200s without AC never came with fan shrouds.

26 years old, should I enter the Automotive field?

I've been thinking of enrolling in the automotive program at my community college. I have very little experience when it comes to working on cars. I have been told not to enter the field due to how complicated modern cars are to work on, flat rates, prices of tools, intense strain on the body, high risk of injury, how "real money" is only made at dealerships, etc.

[Virginia] What's the likelihood I can continue receiving benefits if I decline my old job back due to mental and physical health?

I lost my warehouse job due to a lay off, now I'm hearing rumors of the company bringing back all of the people they laid off. The job was very physically demanding on my body, some of the heavy lifting I could not perform, the job also caused a lot of mental stress to the point where I had trouble focusing on my work, constant mistakes and poor quality products being assembled on my behalf. I currently work part time retail, a job that I can still perform well in. With all being said, what's the likelihood of me being able to recieve benefits if I refuse my old job back?

Just did thermostat replacement on '66 inline 6 200, after bleeding the coolant this right here is the max temperature level the car will reach. I dont recall it being quite this low before the change, it would typically max out with the needle pointing more towards the E letter. 180 degree thermostat, same as old one. Is this an acceptable temperature level?
