that security patch update worse than the 8.5 update its taking the battery like supercar i the body of normal car 😭😭
Its barely 12 to 15min its takes 2% already
Will this are worth for long term or I will go for kbear 07

Aaj mera Concept Kart ke saath ek bahut hi ghatiya experience raha. Unki website par ek glitch tha jiski wajah se CCA Phoenix (without mic) order ho gaya, jabki mujhe mic wala chahiye tha. Maine turant (order ke kuch hi minutes baad) unhe email bhej diya ki please ise cancel kardo ya change kardo.
Pura din koi dhang ka response nahi aaya. Phir shaam ko 4-5 baje ke aas-paas unka reply aata hai ki "Hum try kar rahe hain par shayad cancel nahi ho sakta." Aur ab thodi der pehle notification aaya ki order ship bhi ho gaya hai! Matlab meri kya galti agar unka website glitch tha aur maine on-time inform bhi kiya?
Honestly, Headphone Zone ki customer service in se 10x better hai. Wahan support team itni active hai ki aise issues turant solve ho jate hain, par Concept Kart ka support bilkul useless hai.
Ab mujhe delivery refuse karni padegi aur prepaid paise wapas lene ke liye wait karna padega. Ek toh unka glitch, upar se itni ghatiya service.
Kya kisi aur ne bhi aisa service glitch face kiya hai Concept Kart pe? Refund milne mein kitna natak karte hain ye log?
TL;DR: Website glitch caused wrong order, informed them immediately, they replied after 8-9 hours saying "can't do much" and shipped it anyway. Never shopping here again!
