Which bonds would you invest in right now?

First, i'm not looking to sell these for a profit, i'm looking in to a fixed income on the investment for 30 years. I'm struggling to figure out which of these (or something else) is the best to invest in AND if I should wait a bit to do it. There are 3 that I think i'm interested in:

US 30 year treasury at 4.95%. Is it worth waiting a bit for it to go up? It's not like our debt is getting better in the near term.

There is a "United Mexican states" bond at 7% that is call protected. I'm not sure i understand what this is and the risk associated, so i'm weary about it.

In the corporate bonds, Fedex bonds are at 6.5% and are "call make whole"

I'm hoping people that are smarter than me can chime in? I'm not an investment pro, just looking for a long term stable investment. Thanks.

I picked up a free old Ariens st524 with a bad engine and would like to convert it to battery power. I have 3 60v 5ah batteries for my lawn tools already, and would wire them in parallel to get 60v 15ah. I'm thinking of getting a 2000 watt ebike motor to run it. I'm modeling it kinda after the toro ones: https://www.toro.com/en/product/39924 . Does anyone know how much power their motors actually are? Would an ebike motor work? Is there a better motor set up? I tried putting on an old treadmill motor and testing it on a big pile of sawdust. The motor was rated 130dc 18a and while it threw the wet sawdust about 15ft, even the self propel was causing the motor to over heat. For my circumstance, I need about 30 minutes run time.

I really wish there was a bolt on kit, like a battery version of a predator engine. Thoughts on what would work for an e-conversion?

Suppose I was making an electric snowblower from an old gas one. If I were to buy an ebike motor that was 60v and 2000 watts, and run it on a 60v battery, do I need a motor controller in between? Or can I just do a battery, switch, then motor? Thanks.
